The search for perfection is a task that human beings have always strived towards. A long road must be travelled before perfection is achieved. In Señorío de Aylés we have 70 hectares of the finest varieties within our own vineyards. The grapes are picked right at the peak of their ripeness and are transported in less than ten minutes from the stock to the winery, where the winemaking process begins. Our task is a methodical quest for the perfection of our product with the aim of producing extraordinarily distinguished red wines with their own character.
