The line followed by one of our special wines is to incorporate new varieties as well as maintaining the native tradition of existing ones. Short and selective preparation provides distinction. This is the slant we have given to our Aylés Merlot-Tempranillo, a wine in which grapes are transformed into wine separately, following which pre-bottling coupage takes place. The result of the time spent in new, French oak casks is an elegant, aromatic wine with a mature, balanced tannic content.
