The Aylés territory is surrounded by fifty hectares of privately owned vineyard from which our wines are prepared and guaranteed by our personal guarantee seal. Tempranillo, Garnacha, Cabernet-Sauvignon and Merlot comprise the range of varieties we use in the winemaking process. The peace and silence of the natural environment of the Aylés property enhances all the contrasts of this place, which is overlooked by the fine building of the winery.
